Jamie Hermans is the Senior Manager of Training Delivery at Fortinet, and he is currently supported by his worldwide team of Fortinet Certified technical instructors. He joined Fortinet six years ago as a Major Accounts Systems Engineer to help customers solve complex issues within the Western Canada region. Over the years he progressed from Systems Engineering to Technical Training. Jamie has the prestigious honour of being the first North American SE to obtain the NSE 8 certification.
