James Hicks is a Technical Trainer who joined Fortinet as part of the Bradford Networks acquisition in June of 2018. He has designed, developed and presented the FortiNAC product training for over 13 years, almost since its initial release. With over 24 years of experience in the IT industry, ranging from technical support technician to infrastructure engineer at a major international airport, James has worked with professionals of every level and industry, bringing many of those experiences into his lectures.
