Utilizing past roles within the service provider space, such as operations, engineering, and software development, Jim understands the everyday challenges faced by service providers.

These roles have helped Jim improve the efficiency, productivity and increase the value of service providers for their customers. He focuses not only on functional automation through DevOps and microservices but how and when to include infrastructure, product, and/or human process changes as well.
