The dress code at Accelerate is business casual.

The registration fee is $1,295. All conference activities will held in the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Fortinet has secured rooms at a negotiated rate for conference attendees. In order to receive the negotiated discount, hotel reservations should be made during the conference registration process.

Cancellations made prior to January 31, 2019 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between February 1, 2019 and March 19, 2019 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for any cancellations received after March 19, 2019. Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time. All cancellation or substitution requests must be sent directly to registration@garnishevent.com. Please be aware that all credit card charges will appear on your statement as being charged by "Garnish Events LLC".

The Pre-Conference Workshops, held on April 7 and 8, are available to all conference attendees at an additional cost of $850.00, excluding hotel. We recommend you book your hotel stay at the Dolphin or Swan.

Yes, a Free NSE Exam Voucher will be given to all conference attendees and must be used while at the conference. You can choose any exam from NSE 4 to 7, as well as the NSE 8 Written Exam.

Yes, but we strongly recommend having hands-on experience with the Fortinet product(s) in addition to taking an NSE course to have the highest chance of passing an NSE exam.

You will need to visit the Exam Registration desk at Accelerate to reserve a time slot to take your exam. You will need to have a valid Pearson Vue account, which we recommend setting up ahead of time at https://home.pearsonvue.com/fortinet. You will be required to bring a photo ID to the Accelerate exam room at your scheduled exam time.

At a high-level, Accelerate will begin on April 8 with registration and a Welcome Reception with our Sponsors and Fortinet experts. April 9 will begin with keynote addresses from key Fortinet executives and invited guests. The afternoon will offer engaging and transformational sessions, networking time in the TechExpo, and an exclusive Epcot Experience at Epcot Center. April 10 will follow the same pattern, but with a closing party you won’t want to miss. We’ll say goodbye until next year with departures on April 11.

Yes, you can purchase a Guest Pass during the registration process. A guest pass costs only $400.00 and includes access to the evening events only and is for guests aged 21 or older.

Attendees who will travel by air should book travel into Orlando International Airport (MCO). Transportation from the airport to the Swan and Dolphin, or other nearby hotels is not provided.

Our menus do cater to food allergies and aversions that impact a great portion of the population. Should your diet be more restricted, such as halal or kosher, or if you are looking for a wider variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan offerings, please indicate your needs during the registration process.
